Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has taken a significant step toward generating revenue by entering into a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply and revenue sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc. The deal grants Synbio exclusive rights to commercialize MD PHD Wellness's proprietary nutraceutical formulations in the United States and Canada. This partnership is poised to accelerate Synbio's path to revenue, as it bypasses the lengthy and costly process of developing products from scratch.
The agreement covers MD PHD Wellness's flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical formulation, which will be marketed under Synbio's Healing Force™ brand. Moreover, it establishes a framework for evaluating and commercializing additional wellness products over time. Under the terms, MD PHD Wellness will manage product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, while Synbio will focus on branding, marketing, sales, and distribution. Profits from product sales will be shared after recovery of approved costs.
“This agreement represents a transformational milestone for Synbio,” said Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International. “Rather than building a nutraceutical business product by product, we have established a strategic partnership that combines MD PHD's product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio's commercialization capabilities. It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time.”
The global nutraceutical market is expanding rapidly, and Synbio is positioning itself to capitalize on this trend. By leveraging MD PHD Wellness's scientific expertise, Synbio aims to offer scientifically developed products that meet consumer demand for wellness solutions. This move also complements Synbio's longer-term strategy of developing AI-driven mental health technologies, creating a dual-track approach that balances near-term revenue with future innovation.
MD PHD Wellness brings significant scientific leadership to the partnership. Co-founder Dr. Robert Lawrence is a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering. His career spans medicine, biomedical engineering, microbiology, pharmacology, and nutraceutical development. Co-founder Dr. David Anderson, an experienced physician and researcher, played a key role in developing the licensed formulations. He has served as a Research Physician at a prominent New York-based university, where he evaluated therapeutics and nutraceuticals, and has been recognized in Marquis Who's Who.
For Synbio, this agreement is a strategic step toward building a diversified healthcare company. By pairing near-term commercial revenue from wellness products with long-term value from AI-driven mental health technologies, the company aims to create multiple growth avenues. The immediate availability of proprietary products allows Synbio to focus on building brands and expanding market presence, which management believes will drive shareholder value.
As Synbio advances its nutraceutical line, it plans to launch direct-to-consumer online sales in 2026. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to generate early revenue while its AI-driven software for mental health screening continues through validation. The partnership with MD PHD Wellness not only provides a product pipeline but also establishes a scalable business model that could support Synbio's growth ambitions.
