The Harvest Table, a South African wellness brand, is set to participate in the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, taking place September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to offer a clean-label alternative in a crowded wellness market, focusing on transparency and simplicity.
In an industry where consumers face a barrage of products and marketing claims, The Harvest Table believes the answer lies in quality ingredients and straightforward formulations. Catherine Clark, Founder of The Harvest Table, stated, "The wellness category has become incredibly crowded, and consumers are being asked to navigate more products and more marketing messages than ever before. We believe the answer isn't necessarily more ingredients or more complicated formulations. It's creating quality products with purpose and being transparent about what's inside them."
The company's product line includes Grass Fed Bovine Collagen Granules, which provide Types I and III collagen from grass-fed bovine sources in a tasteless, instant-dissolving formula without added gums, fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes. For those preferring a more comprehensive approach, Multi Collagen Radiance combines Types I, III, V, and X collagen with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Cranberry. Plant-based consumers can opt for Vegan Protein, which is also free from unnecessary additives.
The Harvest Table differentiates itself through in-house manufacturing at its custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This allows direct oversight of sourcing, formulation, and quality. The facility undergoes annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, meets GMP requirements, and is recognized as a Food Safe Facility, with Halal certification for applicable markets. Sam Clark, CEO, emphasized, "Quality isn't something we want to add to a marketing message after a product has been developed. It starts with the ingredients we choose, continues through how we formulate and manufacture the product, and ultimately shows up in what the consumer receives."
The company has already taken steps in U.S. expansion, with its initial product range available on Amazon, including Multi Collagen Radiance, Bovine Collagen Granules, and Vegan Protein pouches. Participation in ECRM will allow The Harvest Table to introduce its products and philosophy to the U.S. retail community, sharing the story of a family-run company that has stayed true to its founding principles.
For Clark, this distinction matters: "We don't believe consumers need more noise. They need products they can understand and brands they can trust." The Harvest Table's presence at ECRM underscores its commitment to clean-label integrity and consumer education.
