Avanti Green Eco Cleaning has achieved Green Seal certification, an independent third-party designation requiring companies to meet rigorous, science-based criteria for environmentally responsible cleaning practices. The certification validates that the company uses eco-friendly products, reduces waste, improves energy and water efficiency, and manages chemicals responsibly. Green Seal is a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit devoted to environmental sustainability and a member of ISEAL, a London-based organization that sets standards for sustainability certifications.
Claudia Meneses, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avanti Green Eco Cleaning, emphasized that the certification reflects daily operational standards rather than merely serving as a marketing badge. "Our clients must trust us with their buildings, their employees, and their residents. This certification validates that our cleaning practices are proven, responsible, and aligned with long-term health, sustainability, and asset value," Meneses stated. The company is marking its 15th year in business while serving residential and commercial clients in Las Vegas and Henderson.
Research indicates sustainability can offer competitive advantages in today's market. A September 2023 Harvard Business Review report by researchers Ashley Reichheld, John Peto, and Cory Ritthaler suggested eco-friendly brands are positioned to gain market share as consumption patterns shift toward truly sustainable businesses. Business leaders have echoed these findings, with Forbes Business Council member Mikhail Kadymov writing in 2023 that eco-friendly businesses can reduce costs while strengthening consumer trust by implementing green initiatives early.
For commercial buildings, schools, health care sites, and office environments, Avanti Green's Green Seal-certified services support environmental, social, and governance initiatives, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design credit requirements, and sustainability reporting goals. Meneses cited research from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health showing improved indoor air quality leads to fewer employee sick days and increased productivity. Additionally, Green Seal and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-aligned findings indicate properties prioritizing wellness and sustainability are more attractive to tenants and buyers, supporting higher retention rates, stronger leasing performance, and increased property value.
