The Brain is described as a biological "engine" that manufactures reactive emotions like fear and anger, while the Mind is the "Driver" or Self-Image that makes decisions. Current education, including at elite institutions, polishes the Mind with skills and logic but leaves the Brain's "emotional engine full of sludge" from trauma and insecurity. This imbalance causes leaders to lose control during crises, rendering treaties and cooperation ineffective.
The proposed solution is establishing a "Wisdom Industry," framed as the next major engine of global growth alongside sectors like artificial intelligence and green energy. This industry would be built on the "Science of Braintecness" and Emotional Brain Shunting (EBS), which claim to quantify emotional states and physically clear emotional blockages to foster empathy. "We can install 'Wisdom Apps' in the brain just as we install software in a computer," the letter asserts, positioning wisdom as measurable and scalable. The vision includes creating Wisdom Spas, funding Brain Education over "mental health band-aids," and establishing new professions like brain therapists.
Central to this effort is The 4th R Foundation, which advocates for adding "Righteousness (Wisdom)" as a fourth pillar to traditional education's "3 Rs." The foundation has developed resources like the "Child to Sage" initiative, providing emotional intelligence tools to schools through platforms such as ChildtoSage.com. It holds U.S. patents related to quantifying the mind and the architecture of Wisdom Spas, and has published over 200 books, including "A Scientific World Order" and "Smart Monsters."
The letter concludes with an invitation to partner on launching the First Global Brain Health Summit in 2026, aiming to transition from an "age of the Smart Monster to the age of the Wise Human."
