The GBK Brand Bar hosted its 19th Annual Luxury Lounge at The Sun Rose Hotel on Sunset Strip, gathering more than 30 television nominees, presenters, past winners, and stars from nominated shows for a two-day celebration ahead of television's biggest night. The event, presented by Oro Ventro Parfum and Burj Bites, featured an impressive roster of celebrity attendees including Jeff Hiller, Jason Isaacs, Christian Minkler, and Thayme Thapthimthong from The White Lotus, along with stars from award-winning shows like Love on the Spectrum, Matlock, and The Bear. Emmy presenters Angela Bassett, Craig Robinson, and Harvey Guillen joined additional notable guests including Cheri Oteri, Keith David, and Camryn Manheim at the luxury lounge.
Attendees experienced this season's most anticipated gifts and trips, including luxury skincare from Ritualslane, an exclusive VIP experience from the LA Chargers, and culinary delights from Hansen's Cakes and Ike's Love and Sandwiches. The event also featured Jam Vino by Chef Lorious, the world's first line of wine-infused jams, and OPHORA Water, delivering five times the oxygen of ordinary water. Guests received multiple dream getaways, including a stay for four at the Raiwasa Villa in Fiji, a three-day retreat at Siddhayatan Spiritual Retreat Center near Dallas presented by the BALANCE Docuseries, and an exclusive stay at Sailrock Resort in Turks & Caicos.
Additional luxury gifts included Pilates body alignment sessions from Beverly Hills Pilates Studios, Cat Cora by Cutlery Pro knives, and Corina K Minerals' sustainable skincare Glow Stick. The Sun Rose Hotel provided attendees with a luxury Los Angeles staycation, while music was curated by DJ Dazzler. Philanthropy remains central to GBK Brand Bar's mission, with this lounge supporting Food on Foot, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit dedicated to assisting unhoused and low-income neighbors through nutritious meals, clothing, life-skills training, employment, and housing opportunities.
To date, GBK has helped raise more than $10 million for its charitable partners, demonstrating the entertainment industry's commitment to giving back to the community while celebrating artistic achievements. The convergence of luxury brand experiences with meaningful charitable support creates a model for how high-profile industry events can serve dual purposes of celebration and social responsibility. This approach not only enhances the prestige of the gathering but also directs attention and resources toward pressing community needs, setting a precedent for other entertainment industry functions to follow.
The event's significance extends beyond the immediate celebration of television achievements to illustrate how corporate partnerships in the entertainment sector can be leveraged for social good. By integrating philanthropy directly into the fabric of luxury industry events, GBK Brand Bar demonstrates that celebratory occasions can simultaneously address serious social issues, creating a more meaningful impact than traditional charity galas that operate separately from mainstream industry functions. This model represents an evolution in how the entertainment industry approaches corporate social responsibility, embedding charitable giving directly into the ecosystem of industry recognition and celebration.
